Jug takes Korcula Cup

Jug Dubrovnik have emerged victorious at the international Korcula Cup in Croatia after beating the Brazilian national team 5-10 in the final on Sunday. Playing without captain Niksa Dobud and returned Paulo Obradovic, still recovering from knee surgery, Jug defeated Russian champions Spartak Volgograd 13-10, fellow Croatian side POSK 10-5 before topping Brazil with the same final score for the overall win. Jug-goalie Marko Bijac was awarded Best Goalkeeper honours. Tournament highest goal scorer, Brazil's Felipe Perrone, got the Best Player award.
